Research Activity

We are a team of computational biologists at the CNRS IBGC institute. The identity of the Computational Biology and Bioinformatics team is founded on two main pillars.

The central goal of the CB&B team is to advance research on the convergence between omics and microscopy imaging from the perspective of computational methods. The new group will structure its research around three main themes:

We are the reference scientific team for the Bioinformatics Core Facility at the University of Bordeaux, the CBiB.
